I currently have a new AMD Athlon XP 3200+ OEM processor for sale, as well as a fan/heatsink for a AMD Athlon 64.

Asking price for AMD processor: $225 (neg) OR will swap for a Geforce FX 5700 Ultra 256mb

The heatsink/fan is the official one that i got in my AMD 64 3400+ box.

whoops, its a 462. The 754's are for the 64-bit processors.
