i'll have a ti4200 to sell that runs @ ti4600 speeds probably even faster. but i take it you want something a bit more modern. i'd recommend the following:

AMD 64 3200+ 90nm (socket 939) + gigabyte 3d rocket pro cooler - should overclock to 2.3-2.6ghz without too much trouble
(pick a brand) NForce 4 mobo - need this for pci express
(pick a brand) 128mb 6600gt - best bang for buck card around
