Game of Honour - Dave vs Who?

as a the last LAN i wonder - are we going to see another display of Daves gaming prowless? i.e Suddy V Dave in Q3?

i would like to see more of this type of 'show' gaming

where people can game agianst a mate 1v1 - all to show all the gamers there skills and also a good break for the admins to watch and take the piss.

i think dave v the balance would be a good match - or dave v suddy agian (THAT WAS A FUCKING NUTS MATCH!)

it really dont have to be Q3A - any game can be used realy (just no RTS other wise we will be there all night!)

but i think that would be a good thing to get going!

or have like a 'king of the hill' where dave starts off with a player
and the first to 5 kills is now king of the map - people join a que and when its ur turn ur up to take king position - it could work and work well.

what do you guys think?

Just had a thought (scary, I know). The idea of an honour match sounds interesting. Every LAN a challenger will be chosen (in accordance with the prophecy) to face the defending champ. The Challenger picks game/map or something? Or maybe have the LAN community pick the conditions? Get a gauntlet for a trophy (in honour of the final frag gauntlet kill rule). ;)

but yeah, the exhibition match is definately something we need to do more of. I always thought it would be cool if we had an 'iron chef' type thing, except if you win you become the iron chef

I think RTS's do make a good spectator game if they are played well, Dawn of war games are usually over in 30-40 minutes and are pretty action packed

I remember one game of zero hour i had vs 'pure' at lan on the lake. he SO should have won, but i kept on halariously managing to take out his armies en route to my distruction, all with my specials which take about 30 seconds to happen .. i just kept pulling out bullshit timing again and again, then finally won
I guarantee that would have been an awesome battle to watch

kept shitting him the whole time
owned most of the map

a squiggoth just strode into my base, and out popped 2 squads of nobs
