Exactly, dialing it back to 8 times a year, ever 6 weeks. I got bitched at that it needed to be run monthly, the first turn out was good, the second not as good and so forth. Cause people were going, "well, if I don't make it, I only have to wait a month." Now if you miss one there will be no lanning pleasure for 3 months. It's now 4 XvZ's a year (on the first week of the holidays) and 4 LANX's (inbetween XvZ mid term). So we can go back to having full lans when they are run ;)!

yeah i agree, 69 was the shit and anyone who says otherwise is gay or wasn't there.
EVERYBODY got drunk and had heaps of fun.
no comps, just gaming for the pure enjoyment of it.
but then the poor numbers came along with the monthly lans.
you wanted it, you got it.
but you didn't take full advantage of it, and now you have wrecked it for everyone.
and now lans will be whenever we can get off our asses and stop playing street fighter alpha 3 long enough to organize one.

so as kenny said the lans will (BETTER *shakes fist) be full when we run them farther between.

Me and Spot just came of a LAN bender where were lanning every weekend, now we have the "between holidays break" where we can chill out and get some work done on VicLAN, and by that I mean, SFA3... :p

But it starts again in 2 weeks with TNW and LOTD! Deary ME!
