can anyone tell us how ot make a moving gif smaller and still make it move cause i got no ideaand moo and joshu dont either

using ImageMagick (http://www.imagemagick.org/):

original file: in.gif <ANY> x <ANY> px
output: out.gif 75 x 75 px

convert -size 75x75 -coalesce in.gif -resize 75x75 +profile "*" out.gif

the file will lose a lot of it's compression though, but that could possibly be fixed by an app like image ready

still trying to get the file size small enuf on the skiing one without making the pic too blurry.
