LAN Of The Damned XII

LAN Of The Damned XXII will be held on April 17th & 18th 2010 at the Warrnambool College Hall (http://lanotd.viclan.org.au/images/WarrnamboolCollegeMap.jpg ). Registrations (http://lanotd.viclan.org.au/index.php?page=events) are now open in our brand new events section created by our very own Dark Trunks. We'll be allowing XBoxes at this LAN, just register via the regular method & get your mates to sign up too so you don't spend the LAN playing with yourself ;) Entry is $15 for regular seats and $20 for gig seats.

Thermaltake (http://www.thermaltake.com.au) has once more agreed to sponsor the event by providing us with some cooling solutions to give away :)

Gigasoft IT Solutions are again sponsoring the LAN. They are providing a copy of Kaspersky Antivirus to give away.

South West TAFE (http://www.swtafe.vic.edu.au) will be sponsoring the event. Their contributuion is to promote their Advanced Diploma of Computer Systems Engineering (http://www.swtafe.vic.edu.au/coursefinder/displaybrochure.aspx?id=1 07) which, for those unfamiliar with it, is a course we'd recommend for anyone considering a career in IT. The course includes several industry recognised certificates such as Microsoft certification, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and CompTIA's A+ Certification. It also includes some Java programming and Linux.

Eagle Boys (http://www.eagleboys.com.au) will be providing discounted pizza with free delivery. $5.50 for their classic range and $8.50 for their premium range. Garlic bread will only cost $1 :)

We'll also be having a discounted McDonald's (http://www.mcdonalds.com.au) breakfast on Sunday.

Make sure you tell your mates too ;)
