phone is about 6 months old, scratches are only pocket/keys scratches, no major ones, but minor 'dust' scratches everywhere, I'll take some high quality pics for ya.
It is a 3 (three) branded phone, but is unlocked running latest OEM firmware.
I disables the camera slider in the firmware, if you reflash it, just don;t hack the firmware :P
my advice is, NEVER enable the slider unless you want 3000 pics of the inside of your pocket and a flat battery.
