give speedfan (http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php) a whirl for gpu/cpu, sits in your tray and doesn't bother you, and can be set up to scale your cpu fan if you don't like the way yours currently scales
nvtemplogger (http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=1194) ought to do your gpu temps, unless you're using a shitty card... which i trust you didn't
i use the nvidia/speedfan plugins for lcdstudio to monitor my shits, works good with a g15
lcdstudio:
1884
speedfan + nvtemplogger:
1885

doesnt the board come with utils?
i've got the P5B Deluxe Wifi as well and i reckon there's some kind of utils disk...
onboard wifi for the LOSS... if you're thinking of getting a P5B Deluxe Wifi - DONT!! the wifi sucks big hairy gonads........ just get the deluxe and buy a decent wireless card...

the board should come with asus-written software
which in my experience is something you want to avoid

probably something not being read correctly.
http://www.lcdstudio.com/site20/home.php
grab it, it's in beta, easy to get a beta key
you'll probably need to grab the dll in that rar too
the app itself, if you've ever used visual basic then you'll know how it all works
it's easy
get it

heh
Systool for all the cpu monitoring/ocing you'll ever need, does monitor other stuff too.
Speedfan is still the most popular though, and ties in with the G15 app sirreal. Get that and its probably the best g15 app out there.
Teamspeak/Worldclock/cpu/media/stopwatch/memory/network speed monitor

sirreal link (http://www.planetteamspeak.com/component/option,com_docman/task,doc_details/Itemid,69/gid,69/)
since the original mirror's fked
trying it out now, looks... interesting
E: can't see any reason to use this over LCDstudio, apart from the teamspeak side of things, which there _should_ be a plugin for lcdstudio for - and the memory usage, although 8mb really isn't an incredible lot
