Heres an interesting story that happened to me yesterday:

I started work at around 3 oclock yesterday, so I decided to go to Ballarat monday night to catch up with some mates. woke up, went to mates house, then left. I noticed a White VE commodore w/ lots aerials and two cops in it behind me whilst i was still in ballarat, and Dre was in front of me, so i txt'd him saying "cops behind me, don't do anything stupid"

Dre was heading to torquay, and i followed him for an hour and ten minutes, until a turnoff that go's either to torquay, or to ocean grove (where i work)

missed the turn off, had to pull over, get some deoderant off dre, Did a u-turn, then drove on my way to work.

20 minutes later, pulled over. was told i was doing 124 k's in a 100 zone. I was three minutes away from work. guess who it was that fined me? VE COMMODORE FROM BALLARAT.

This policeman (i won't mention the name) had followed me for well over an hour, before pulling me over, speeding fine, then seeya later. And i know for sure that it was him. He even asked me why I had done the u turn on angelsea road..


i didnt even see him behind me when i was speeding, didn't even realise i was speeding. I shouldn't legally have been speeding, and i'm not contesting that, but FFS, don't they have anything BETTER to do?

I got 2 speeding fines in melbourne in 2 months that I 100% garentee I wasn't speeding... both under hoppers crossing bridge.

once I know I was <90 cos I was on the phone (:P) and not paying attention to speed, when I noticed I was at the bridge, I looked at speedo incase I was speeding, fined for 109kph (112 detected), doing about 88.

never even been close to 100 under that bridge ever since, got a fine in the mail for doing 115 (fined for 112)... total bullshit..

i gotta agree... i have been pulled up once, coz i was doing like 110kms through Avoca in the middle of the night.. no fine though coz he didnt have his camera out.. i dont get followed or pulled over in my beast, it's friggen awesome.
