That question is all about "Hey, what's hip and happenin' that we need to make a new law 'bout so that niggas dont go bustin' caps about ass'" Good example is with new Camera Phones( well not exactly new) but when they came in everyone was like WTF people can take pic of my little kiddies at school descreetly?~ so they bought in legislation making it a breach of privacy.
