Spot will not be here for the next week, he has gone to be at his younger brother's side in hospital. Reid was stabbed 7 times at 1am last night in Bacchus Marsh during an altercation, he was rushed to the Alfred with a collapsed lung. He was operated on for 3 hours and was stabilized, his mate chase who was also stabbed was a little worse off, as he was stabbed in the back. Our thoughts go out to both boys family, and we wish them a speedy recovery.
That being said... What the fuck is wrong with kids these days, who the hell carries around a knife in Bacchus Marsh of all places. It's not Sunshine, Footscray or Broad Meadows, it's the MARSH!!! Yes, me and spot spent our school years there, and you got into fights as all kids do, but no one was stupid enough to use a knife... come the fuck on! These boys are only 18... The kids that did it have been caught, so say goodbye to your freedom for the next few years you degenerate scum, the big boys in jail are going to have fun playing with you.

Its weird. i grew up in Geelong West, not the typical 'western' suburb, but stil had some elements like it. Its rite inb next to the CBD of Geelong, the old peeps moved out/died/went to old folks homes in early 90's.... meaning cheap houses. Which manly got killed with a few sorts of scum.....Junkies and Yuppies.
Twas hillarious. Cycle went: Yuppie moves in, brags about nice house/belongs, furnishs house/garden. One week later, nothing left in garden. Week after that, house burg'd and cleaned out. Junkies goto cashies and get 400 bucks for their 20k worth of stuff, buys H in the mall, shoots up/ ODs... then later cops get em for fencing hot gear.
There was also alot of ....er, 'Controlled Substances' around there too. A few skinheads, the funnist of which lived round the corner form us. Cordellos. Yup. Thats 'italian' skinheads ppl. .... not funny? look at the ideals of skinheads and the hate wogs. Even with all this shit going on, the ppl that carryied knives (me included) didnt actually use em 'gainst ppl. Normally just to play a game of 'tag'.
Tag is when u go out in pairs in different directions and swipe the badges of cars, st signs, Signs from bissnesses (had to be funny) and that. Never really came to mind bout stabbing someone.
Cept for Once. A guy was stabbed a couple of times in the mall. But he was dealing H from there and apparantly didnt like paying his suppliers and that kinda thing. (i think his name was Ricki balcombe, one of the MSC reds guys)
Still, he wasnt part of the normal lot and he was screwing over some ppl over drugs. Wasnt like it was a few kids having a fight really.

hey guys, yep it's all true.
on saturday night my lil bro and his best mate got stabbed in the marsh (or darley to be specific).
the story: he was on his way to a party and when he got there everyone was leaving. so they left with the group.
as they were walking the gruop he was with was givin shit to a dude for some reason (my bro doesn't even know the guy).
and the guy just snapped and my bro being at the front of the group the guy turned and kicked him and what reid (my lil bro) thought was him hitting him in the kidneys.
he had the guy in a headlock and the guy was stabbing him in the back and legs, but reid pulled away cause he felt weird.
chase (his mate) jumped in and hit the guy a few times.
at this stage reid said to his mrs he thought he was stabbed and lifted up his shirt and there was blood everywhere, seeing this he ran up and hit the guy to the ground and hit him some more.
but he then was in too much pain and doubled over and the guy ran off.
both boys sat there on the side of the road bleeding heavily while their friends rang ambos and tried to get someone to pull over.
one young lady did pull over (i thank her from the bottom of my heart she had the courage to do so) and having just updated her first aid ticket, she got the people to help by applying pressure to the wounds.
the ambos took almost 45 mins to get there. and when they did they had to call in an air lift which took another 30 mins to get them to the alfred.
once there chase went into surgery first and was in there for about 4-5 hours and reid went in afterwards and took about 2-3 hours.
i went to see them today and reid is fine, if a little sore.
he had a colapsed lung but its fine now, but still has a tube in his side to drain the blood froms his lungs.
chase is the real concern, cause he has a lighter build than reid, the knife did more damage.
his liver was cut up and he had a 2nd surgery last night, as the docs found another 2 stab wounds in his arm pit. and this was prolonging the internal bleeding. this was all stopped but chase still needs another 2 blood transfusions to top him up.
both of them are doing fine now, reid may be coming home tommorow and ill behere to look after him so i won't be able to make it to LAN-ZiLLA2 :(
reid should be back to normal in a month, but chase will take a lot longer, around 3-4 months to recover completely.
the guy that did this was caught and charged the night it happened, but the lil fucker is all ready out on BAIL!!
its bullshit, they have enuff to charge him but not enuffto keep him.
but, in the end (quite soon) he'll be getting his.

Talk to a lawyer and check about suing the guys that did the stabbing. Maybe a good way to really put there arses in the sling

i still say take em to a civil court and sue. The victums of crime ppl (lydiard st) is a government organisation and u will get $ outta em, but if u sue in civilly, u can get alot more, plus the fks will be paying for it for quite a while afterwards.
Even if they are dole buldging westies, their dole can get garnished (i think), but if that was the case, u just sell the debt to a Debt collection agency, and they kick the shit outta him finacily for years to come.... plus they move papers to the sheirf and demand to take belongings to get $ outta him

so therefore no one can get charged with attempted murder... cause if they dont get charged for it if the person doesnt die, but they get charged for murder or manslaughter when they do then .....

oh yeah man, charges definately go on injuries sustained...as I know also from Saturday night, especially if the other guy is an off duty cop, reguardless if he started it or not.

my lawyer dropped in tonite. i told him the stituation and read out the posts u wrote spot...... and said that the prosicution is being FKing slack.
he reakons pester em and they'll prolly pop up more charges against said fkwit

To get charged with attempted murder you have to attempt to murder someone. Sounds simple doesn't it. ;) Its all in the intent of the offender. He (or she :p) has to actually be trying to kill the victim.
As for some dudes lawyer saying the prosecution is being slack I'd hit back and say your lawyer works for Vic Legal Aid. ;)
The prosecution doesn't decide on what charges get laid. The police informant and his supervisiong Sergeant do.
In regards to bail. I have to make a couple of assumptions, and you can correct me on them spotta, I'd assume the blokes who did it are children (i.e under 17). Which makes remanding them more hassle than you can possibly imagine. Even just BAILING children is overly complex.
As for the charges, I'd be assuming the counts of assault would be at least one Intentionally Cause Serious Injury. Which is a trial offence, and carries 25years max.
On a more personal note chin up boys, you'll be right. Spot knows whats up and he'll look after you. ;)
Let me know what the plans are for vindication. I'll be along. Just to watch out for you hooligans. ;)

Of course it's never reached. Murderers get 3 or 4 years from courts these days.
It's not the coppers not doing their jobs, it's the courts not doing theirs.
Take, for example, that dude who beat his 18 month old baby to death. He did it over a long period. The childs legs were constantly broken over its life, its jaw destroyed from being punched in the face constantly, all its fingers and toes were crushed from being smashed with a hammer. This guy wasn't charged with murder, because his intent wasn't to kill the child. The child did die tho, and he was charged with manslaughter. He was given a sentence of 8 years (of which he will probably serve 3). The reason he got 8 years was because the judge didn't want to set a precedent of giving a greater sentence for manslaughter than murder making it appear like manslaughter is a worse crime.

yet torturing a baby isnt a bad crime. go figure.
just get him into general population in his prison.
that'll make him feel like he done 25 years
