PCI Express?

jut browsing through some online stores, i can barely find any expansion cards for pci-e!
im completely out of old skool slots, and i wanna get a hdtv tuner. its so gay!

so, i guess im just asking why the manufacturers havent started putting pci-e 1x into the mainstream market yet.

I only jave 2 PCI slots. Down to one. Because I blew the sound card that uses the Abit Sound socket. Damn It:dead

Also I don't think I have seen anything for PCI-E 1x

Thats a good point actually i wonder if the hardware is available but because of our geograpical location is not quite here yet, or whether they are delaying the products as to many people still use standard pci, either wya i have not seen anything out there yet for pci-e x 1.

yeah there's pleanty of hardware using the PCI -e bus, especially gigabit network cards..

HDTV tuner cards are rare to see these days, especially for PCI- e x1 although i have seen them...
i have also seen unreleased hardware using secondary PCI -e x16 slot for those who have one, (i'm not talking SLi mobo's either) leave it with me dom i'll find ya one!!!

AIW cards are good since 9700 days, no longer do the cripple the performance in game.. so definately go with one of them...

Another option is a hole in the head...
