comp problems

hey guys i have a problem now i have googled it and everything and i still have no idea
i was on my comp playing SW4 and then all of a sudden it went really slow like glitchy slow so i tried to get out of it and it just froze so i reset the computer and i lost all of the user names on my comp....

does anybody any reason why it done that it would mean heaps thnks

by user names do you mean the windows profiles on the system?

Can you find them in documents and settings folder on the c:?

What accounts are there for you too use? just yours?
