Stolen Car

Somtime last night or early this moring my car was stolen from out the front of my house.

Its a white datsun, the license plate number is BLT-890

Somone tried to steal it on saturday, as i found it in the gutter thenext monring , so i am presuming it was the same person(s), it was only taken out of the drive last night so we could put our garbage bins out so whoever stoll must be drivin past my house a lot or lives in the area.
the car had to have been towed or pushed away, because i took out the router plug and you can't start the car without it. its my guess that it was towed as i nthink i herd a truck out there this mornin but pressumed it was the garbos.

This was my car i was using to learn how to drive, i had only recently got it, and a friend of mine spent hours fixing it to get it road worthy and the rego is only a few months old.

Any help would be appreciated fellas i just hope the cops find whoever did it before me, becuase i swear i will serverly injure the bastard who's responsible.

Found the car tonight when i got back from school it was i few hundred metres down the road, i think i can scrap the towing theroy it was definatley joy riders, the opened the door with a thin very long flat head screw driver, then rolled the car in neutral, very game little bastards i think, and they have to be local, there is actually a house rather close to me that i'm thinkin of.

Looks like they had a lot of trouble gettin the thing started, most likley cause i had the router plu in my pocket all day.
any way i reallly want to catch the little bastards in the act so i'm thinkin about bating them.

Ok so sorry to necromance this, but what sort of fu*khead breaks into your car and steals your CD wallet. Which as it turns out held, all the origionals of all my favorite cd's that you can't get anymore. Eg Utah Saints, Origional New york cast recorning of Chorus line and Boy from Oz, My KISS Symphony disc,

God that pisses my off, a group of drunk kids walking down the street, oh there a car on the lawn of that house lets check it out, lets open the gates go in throw up all over my windows before breaking into the passanger door, supose so the didn't get any on them and them steal my CD's, wouldn't you look before stealing, I'm sure if they had wouldn't have actually taken it.

Well as sure as I am that you break into cars you would at least try and steal the actual car wouldn't you? geez I could have gotten insurance if they had tried and done more damage, but a window and a CD wallet = Zip, nadda, nothing, zilch, those insurance bastards.

Exacterly. when i buy a CD, i burn a copy and rip it to a compressed form on my computer. then the original gets put away and basically never used again. ;) thats the way you treat CD's :)

well breaking copyright laws isn't somthing that is usually looked apon kindly in these forums, so wasn't going to mention the back-ups stored on my computer.

But when they are frequently used at church functions, and I often transport a couple of friends who are cops ilegall copies are somthing I generally worry about with them. although they won't go out of their way to find it if it comes to them they are gonna get you, much like bignick and his car. They could easily go and find the people that are actually breaking the law but it's just easier catching the good guys.

Yeah same, I will RARELY RARELY play a original CD, considering my sound system is hooked into my computer and all.

IN regards to transporting the 5 0 in your car, you realise that it's completely legal to make backups of CD's for your own personal use don't you?

yeah i had one of my cars stolen, that was fucked,. they stole it, they fucked it, and ran it into a fkn tree... then they proceded to steal everything that looked to be worth money, eg tire valve caps!!! i mean what sick fuck does that!!!

best remidy is to get them back good... hehehehe.. he was sorry... the better side of living in a smaller town...

anyway i'd say from that point i never kept anything in the car that looked like it was worth money!!!
eg, car console cigerette lighter, car mats, basically anything that wasn;t bolted on the car, then i got myself a cheap car electrics and fuel imobolizer... best investment ever... next best thing, a club steering lock... suprising to how much it can deterr a theif from stealing your car...
