Hmmmm ... City is taking this seriously. They have just devoted resources to mapping broadband blackspots in the Ballarat region to compliment/enhance their own data. The info will be stuck under the noses of all the telcoes.
Can we do ourselves any favours here? If anyone knows of any Broadband Blackspots (and I know a few!) can you either let City Council know or pass the info to me? City wants the map up in he next few weeks.
