We had this event scheduled after the LAN-X-7 event, We are currently looking to reschedule somewhere in december.

At present, our costs are greater than the admin's bank accounts, lol as sad as it sounds. The venue was gonna cost like $540 :\

So yea, any ideas tell me plz

Thats not too bad... Currently the MonsterLAN Venue costs us $990 for 2 days.

We just moved downstairs at our veneue because we were getting to big... we now have around 80 - 100 people turning up to our events!!!

Upstairs was costing us around $660 for 2 days but can only hold around 80 without getting too squashed.

$540 isn't much for a venue if it inculdes tables & chairs plus has enough power. (Even though it might break your bank account)
