\Well, after breaking the $20,000 donation mark, Paypal decided to shut down the donation account. No warning, no customer support, no chance to fix anything.

At the rate of $3,500 a hour, they where raising a fair bit of cash for peeps. And paypal close the account and keep the cash just becasue they can.

paypal are dodgy,. as are ebay.. nothing honest about them.. never been any different (i lost heaps, won't say amount, a few years ago thru paypal and ebay, and it wasn't a dodgy auction or anything..), what ya gonna do about it,, monopoly rules...others *cough microsoft cough* are no different.

guys.. ridding yourself of all ms and ebay and paypal things ain;t gonna do nothing.. but if theres an equivelent alternative.. try and move.. and get others too.. gmail... now google talk... yahoo's sold.com was good till ebay bought em...

don;t be stupid, nothings changed, and nothing will till theres solid competition, and that solid competition can only be made with a good alternative and equivelent product.. or better.. then support it.. don't say 'when it gets there I'll move'.. move, and do it on the side, and encourage other to move.

OS X for intel based x86 macs is a fact... there running there not duming PPC archl, but gonna offer x86 aswell.
