Mini LANX?

Well, we thought we could last 3 months between LAN's... but alas, 3 months is a GOD AWFUL LONG TIME!
So we have decided to ask you guys if you would be interested in a 10am Saturday till 2pm Sunday Mini LANX to fill the void. Only 50 people or so, so it should be a hell of a lot easier to find a nice little venue in central Ballarat so us hardcore gamers can get a fix in between X's! Let us know what you think!

Yeah a Mini-X is a great idea. If it fell on a weekend when I didn't have to go back to Geelong to keep up the pretence that I still consider myself to be a part of my parent's family then I'd definantly go.

that sounds really cool, problem with a the large wait is that when it does come around i normally have things on and cant stay for the whole even and its so far until the next one :(

plus its easyer to set aside a sat and sun than friday sat and sun. cabt get anythign else done, work gets pissed when i take the whole weekend off :(

Sorry, I having a bit of trouble reading that, my monitors a bit blurry after someone SPLASHED COKE ALL OVER MY PC AND MONITOR AT THE LAST X!!! Even after we said no food or drink guess what we were doing when everyone had left? Any guesses? Cleaning up coke cans, food wrappers and pizza boxes from food people had snuck in... funny thing is, I don't remember seeing one 5 year old in the whole place... I don't mind volunteering my time to put this event on for you guys, but when some people spit in my face and don't listen it get's a bit much.

You can assume that the worlds flat, but doesn't make it so ;) Most of the other LAN's like MonsterLAN, MorB, LANZ, LOTD, they're all 2 dayers, it'll cost what ever it costs depending on venue costs etc ya JEW! :P $25 is fuck all, it all goes towards the cause! ;)
