One gets the feeling that it's a little... locked :) You'll have to live with it.

If you can change it, look around in the User CP.

Yeah, the forum in it;s current state has none of the special customisations in place atm, but i'll redo most of em soon. Most pressing is the emps 'the groomer' warning and reinstating the goatse mod :D
