anyways, the lan was fantastic! we didnt have any problems what-so-ever and everyone who came had a great time (cept maybe forest and the AOU clan who all got pwned at cs by sam on his own).
we got around 35 gamers in through the 3 days. and no crazy n00bs with worms. unlike some "other" lans around... :P

anyway, a big thank to all the viclan guys and their assistance during the early stages of setting up :rolleyes: , aswell as joshu and ryan and anyone else who put in a fair bit of work to get the joint set up.

Sorry made, I didn't know you were a part of yummylan, didn't know it was a "we and you" situation. I supported the lan by taking the gear and setting up, pretty hard to have a lan without it. Then I had to shoot of to the marsh for that easter cause my little bro and sis were in town (they live in sale). In short, I had family stuff on, but I find it infinately funny that "some people" try to claim a new lan as their own hoping that they'll get a gernsy, just because LANX won't take kiddies on as admins, then it would be the blind leading the blind ;) Remember, I get around on the lan circut, I see ALL sorts :fags

Well said Kenny. Think things through before you post Frosty, we appreciate you being supportive of Yummy, but it was on the Easter weekend so alot of people would have had family shit. LANX did more_than_enough by bringing the gear down and playing badmitton while we set up tables :P. Seriously, thanks guys.

it was VicLAN that provided the gear, and not even really provided, since Yummy is a VicLAN member they are MORE than entitled to use it.

Oh yea, we had this disscussion at yummy, young andrew and i - people were saying "You Zilla admin" or "ur an X admin"

but i had to clear this up - i have become more then just a one LAN admin - i am also a VicLAN admin.

its better to put in and help out with others then just focus on ur own stuff :P just like what i did at yummy with servers and game altrenatives and so forth ;)
