alright dudes the comps for LANX13 are as follows:

MAIN COMPS
SAVAGE - 10v10

JOINT OPS:ESC - AAS 10v10

COD:UO - HQ 10v10

NOVELTY COMP
Worms World Party 2v2 - 4 worms each player

CLASSIC COMP
QUAKE 3 - CTF 5v5

ok, we are going to trial a new format for the comps.
due to perceived unorganisation which stems from teams fkn us around for various reasons we have brought in the following.

THE 10 MAN TEAM FOR THE DAY POLICY!!*
*novelty and classic comps are not part of this.

at the start of play on the saturday players will create 10 man teams which will carry on throughout the days play.
so once you are in a team, that is your team for the day.
plus we have some extra rules to take note of.

TEAM CAPTAINS WILL BE ASSIGNED, captains are responsible to organise team for comps.
PLAYERS MUST BE READY WHEN GAME STARTS, if not, you will play with less players.
NO SWAPPING TEAMS, once you are in a team, you are there for good.
SUBS ARE ALLOWED, as long as players are ready at start of round.
IF TEAM MEMBERS LEAVE TC'S MUST FIND A SUB OR PLAY A MAN DOWN.

This question aint really about the teams as such, but how will the maps be decided for the comps n shit. Is it set or... majority like thing, out of hat style etcetc?

we will have the captains flip a coin, winner picks map and loser chooses race.
savage both teams can be either beasts or humans.

Though IMO quake3 CTF is best at 10v10 and savage at 20v20, but 10v10 savage is fine i suppose just the maps are often rather large which begs for more players but there are smaller maps to...

That being said i am looking forward to joint ops, haven't played in a while and look forward to getting destroyed :P. Also after every insult there should be an equivilant praise. Well done guys for the WWP action, i LOVE that game SO MUCH. I suck at it but still love it.

Setting the record straight once again :) We got over UT2K4, I wish it and UT2K3 were never released... because I would still be playing UT99 online for 6 hours a day. 2K3 and 2K4 got old, very quickly, and we're over it. It just doesn't have the feel of UT99 or a "good game" :)

But I must give you guys credit though, your sooky la la skills are quite impressive, I haven't heard sooking of this magnitude since the Tootsie's pleaded to the UN to stop the massacre in Rwanda.
